OBJECTIVE: To cap off a successful pledge campaign for their Live United! Fundraiser for the United Way, the Medtronic Foundation needed an agency to develop, produce and execute a theme for their corporate fundraising celebration.
STRATEGY: A Medtronic Company‐wide employee Tailgate Party for United Way.
INGSTER SOLUTION: Execution of the Sports Challenge, an energetic interactive game arena. Focusing on football related contests; the event was enhanced by an event MC that added excitement and a DJ playing motivating music that intensified the competition of the participants.
RESULTS: A highlight to the end of the Medtronic Foundation Live United! campaign where more than 7,800 Medtronic employees in the Twin Cities area were impressed during the 2010 campaign.
